Steps
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the skin from the ham and discard. Using a sharp knife, score the fat in a diamond pattern.
Place the ham in a baking dish lined with several layers of non-stick baking paper. Cover the exposed leg bone with aluminium foil to prevent it from burning.+
Place the Cranberry Classic„¢, Jellied Cranberry Sauce, Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce and mustard in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 “ 10 minutes or until thickened.
Brush the ham with the glaze and roast, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes, for 1 hour or until caramelized. Stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce.
+ Remove the foil before serving.
